Twelve Point Maintenance Programme.

 

  • Condenser coil to be cleaned and cleared of debris.
  • Evaporator coil to be cleaned and cleared of debris.
  • Filters to be cleaned or replaced
  • Filters to be spray with odourless anti bacterial cleaner.
  • All working components checked for excessive ware and damage.
  • Function test of the heating and cooling circuits.
  • Function test of the controller/timeclocks.
  • Combing of all the Condenser coil fins aiding airflow.
  • Checking all connective pipework for leaks as part of the FGAS legislation.
  • Checking electrical connections.
  • Check all condensate drainage.
  • Checking refrigerant levels.

Each individual peice of equipment will have the minimum twelve points guaranteed. Other types of equipment may require more.
